What is an accreditation?

An accredited course is a course that has been approved by a professional body, in our case Professional Beauty Direct. Accredited courses are nationally recognised and the first step in becoming fully qualified.  On completing one of our accredited courses you will receive a certificate and be eligible to apply for professional insurance and other professional benefits. Our courses alone are enough to begin your career as a professional make up artist or you can use them as a foundation to further education.

What are the entry requirements?

No entry requirements are needed to enrol on our courses other than basic English literacy skills. Our tutors are trained in adapting to individual learning needs so if you have any extra requirements please let us know when you enrol.

Our accredited courses are designed to cover in-depth, the facial modules that you would find on a beauty therapy course, such as the anatomy and physiology of the face and skin, which is fundamental to being a professional make up artist.
